If you are a new client looking to schedule an appointment with one of our therapists, you have 3 options:

Once you have scheduled an appointment, you will get all intake paperwork through your client portal to complete 48 hours before your first appointment as we are a paperless office with online convince. As a paperless office using the latest technology that is both secured and encrypted you get several benefits when working with a counselor at Traveling Light Counseling. You can:
Complete Intake Forms and Counseling Questionnaires – no need to show up early and get a hand cramp.
Request a session with the counselor, and view/change upcoming appointments. (After you request an appointment, you will receive an email once I've confirmed it.)
Set appointment reminders via text, email, or telephone to remind you of your upcoming counseling session.
Pay for counseling sessions online with a credit or debit card.
View your payment history and access statements.
Send secure messages (similar to texting but more secure) to your counselor.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please familiarize yourself with are late cancel/no show policy.
We prioritize our clients by holding space for each person we see. When clients cancel an appointment, our clinicians offer that space to other clients who need an appointment that week.
When clients cancel within 24-hours or no show, other clients miss out on an opportunity to be seen.
Anyone canceling an appointment with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged the full session fee ($125 for individuals, $145-$192 for couples and families). Insurance does not cover no shows and late cancellations, so is the client’s responsibility to pay. We will charge the credit card on file for no shows and cancellations within 24-hours of scheduled session.
*Our office is open by APPOINTMENT ONLY, and we do not have front desk staff. Appointments cannot be made in the office, only via phone, email, or through the client portal. Thank you!
